The Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex is a multi-use facility and is the primary place for recreation, social and cultural needs for the residents of the Town of LaSalle.

Recreational trails

With 40 km of paved trails, LaSalle has an extensive network linking residential neighbourhoods to commercial districts, waterfront areas and parks. Designated bicycle lanes are connected to the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway multi-use trails.

Golf

LaSalle is home to a premier golf course, Essex Golf and Country Club, a private members-only course where PGA tournaments have been hosted. Other public golf courses including Seven Lakes Championship Golf and Dominion Golf and Country Club.

Shopping

The town hosts Night Markets featuring music, vendors and food at the Civic Centre on the last Sunday beginning in early spring and into the fall.
