Senior Executives from Top Canadian Firms to Represent the Future of Work
Windsor, Ontario – April 16th, 2024 – Picsume, a Windsor-founded tech company revolutionizing the recruitment process, announced its advisory board today. From diverse industry backgrounds and a broad scope of experience, this formal appointment signals to the market Picsume’s readiness for National expansion.
There is a disconnect in the workforce. The hiring process is broken and out of date which starts with the resume. This archaic concept of a simple piece of paper being a representation of a job seeker only creates limitations and obstacles for candidates. At the same time this process forces employers to manually review hundreds, if not thousands of resumes. Picsume eliminates the need for the outdated resume by creating live dynamic work profiles, better suited at matching candidates with employers in a relevant, unbiased and innovative way. Our business software, Powered by Picsume, is reshaping the way businesses engage with the hourly and shift-based workforce. A customizable hiring platform that simplifies talent attraction and staff management for employers, with dynamic work profiles leading the charge towards a candidate-focused hiring process. Welcome to the future of work.
