WINDSOR-ESSEX, ONT. (March 24, 2026) – SOLIZE PARTNERS, a global engineering and digital solutions company, has announced a major investment of close to $2 million Cdn in Windsor, resulting in the creation of approximately 40 new engineering and technical jobs in the region.
The City of Windsor was selected for its strong automotive heritage, diverse technical talent, and strategic proximity to Detroit, allowing seamless collaboration with SOLIZE’S U.S. headquarters. The investment positions SOLIZE PARTNERS as a new contributor to the region’s evolving automotive and advanced manufacturing ecosystem.

SOLIZE PARTNERS’ investment intends to promote job growth by targeting 15 to 20 per cent annual growth in Canada and the addition of 20 to 40 more local jobs over the next two to three years. The company aims to help Canadian manufacturers strengthen and diversify their engineering capacity by leveraging SOLIZE PARTNERS’ global engineering network across its various offices in India, Japan, China and Thailand.
On Feb. 2, 2026, the SOLIZE PARTNERS team hosted Vice President of Investment Attraction & Strategic Initiatives for Invest WindsorEssex, Joe Goncalves at the company’s Tokyo office. During the visit, he met with the President of SOLIZE PARTNERS, Yusuke Inoue, Board Member, Hiroshi Nakajima and the company’s North America’s President and Director of Corporate Strategy, Yasutaka Iwamoto, to discuss the engineering firm’s capabilities how they can support and serve the Windsor-Essex region.
The SOLIZE PARTNERS team also welcomed Windsor partners to the company’s Global Engineering Center in Yamato, Kanagawa where they toured a 3D printing factory. The group had the opportunity to see prototype drones and thermal management components developed using in-house design, simulation and 3D printing technologies, as well as specialized small batch mass-production 3D-printed parts for the automotive industry.
