The Annual General Business Meeting will include:

• Adoption of the Minutes of the 148th Annual General Meeting
• Report of the Chair of the Board (2024-2025) – Tal Czudner
• Approval of by-law changes
• Approval of Auditor’s Report for Fiscal Period Ending June 30, 2024

• Appointment of the Auditors for the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year
