Join us as we wrap up the 2022-2024 RBC Women in Cleantech Accelerator program and showcase the diverse group of women founders from the MaRS Women in Cleantech Network and their innovations with potential for global impact.
This invitation-only event will include an afternoon of venture pitches and panel discussions on the state of the cleantech industry. We will also announce our 2022-2024 RBC Women in Cleantech award winners, as well as the chosen ventures for the 2024-2026 RBC Women in Cleantech Accelerator cohort.
This will be followed by a networking reception for the women in cleantech founders, ecosystem supports, corporate adopters and investors.

Featured Speakers:
Leah Perry is the Senior Manager, Cleantech at MaRS where she works closely with the MaRS cleantech portfolio, connecting them to the capital they require to grow and leading the Women in Cleantech strategy at MaRS. Recognized as a 2022 top 30 under 30 Sustainability leader in Canada, prior to MaRS, Leah worked at Export Development Canada (EDC), where she spent nearly seven years helping SMEs along their growth journey, including several years on EDC’s Cleantech Team. Leah holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Sustainability and Social Impact and Innovation.
Katherine Homuth is the CEO of SRTX, the Y Combinator backed technology company dedicated to using material science and smart manufacturing to transform apparel. SRTX has raised over $200M in capital and is best known for Sheertex, a knit made from one of the world’s strongest polymers and a technology disrupting hosiery through its impossibly strong pantyhose. Prior to SRTX Katherine founded, led, and sold two businesses. ShopLocket, a pre-order platform for hardware, was sold to PCH International in 2014. Female Funders, an online education program for female investors, was acquired in 2017 by Highline Beta.
