Ray Fischer is a Senior Manager in KPMG Canada’s Trade and Customs team, specializing in customs compliance, Trusted Trader programs, and trade regulations. With extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and agri-business, he advises on customs processes, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. He is an active member of CBSA’s Border Commercial Consultative Committee and the CARM Working Group, focusing on trade facilitation. Ray holds a CBSA Customs Professional License, a P.Log designation, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transportation.
