The team at Invest WindsorEssex is guided by our Strategic Plan. The five-year plan sets out four key priority areas and provides an overview of our organizational mission, vision, values, as well as a framework for action.

The plan defines target industries, business development and entrepreneurship and provides critical background information on the regional economy, demographics, labour force, housing statistics, quality of life, cultural diversity and more.
