Ontario investing in the advanced manufacturing sector in Tecumseh

Ontario is investing $252,000 to support Moddulx in establishing a new 16,500 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing facility in Tecumseh. This project will create skilled jobs and deliver innovative cleanroom composite panels for key industries, including automotive, EV battery production, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace.

Downtown Detroit Partnership Fall Forum: Special Edition

Join the Downtown Detroit Partnership 2025 Fall Forum: Special Edition, presented in collaboration with Michigan Central and the RIVER Collaborative, on Wednesday, Oct. 15 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This year’s forum will bring together top leaders from the City of Windsor, the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, the State of Michigan and the City of Detroit, alongside developers, innovators and changemakers from across the region.

Protecting Windsor-Essex auto workers

Minister Rechie Valdez, Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Secretary of State for Small Business and Tourism, announced at Unifor Local 444 this month a federal package to support workers and businesses affected by U.S. tariffs. The plan includes expanded training and upskilling, enhanced EI benefits and a new single portal for workforce solutions to link unions, employers, educators and industry.
